Is TownSq my management company?

No, TownSq is the third-party communication/payment platform selected by your HOA or management company.

How do I download TownSq?

TownSq is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Please follow the steps below to download the TownSq app:
1. Open the Google Play Store (Android) or the iTunes store (iOS)
2. Search or browse for “TownSq”
3. Select the TownSq icon
4.Tap Install
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete.

How do I register for TownSq?

Your management company will email you an invite with your login information.
1.Follow the instructions and create a password.
2. Provide an email address and create a password.

That’s it! You’re now registered and logged in to TownSq! If you have not received an invitation but have your HOA account details, you can register a TownSq account by following the steps below:

1. Click “Need to Register” on the lower right-hand corner of the page.
2. Enter your account number
3. Enter the property’s zipcode
4. Enter your last name
5. Click “Continue”
6. Click “Sign Up”

You will be prompted to choose an email address and password. If you do not have your account details, please reach out to your management company for assistance.

If you have any questions or need your invitation resent, reach out to your management company.

How do I make a payment?

From the web:

1. Login to TownSq at https://app.townsq.io/login2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner then click on Accounts.
3. Click “Make a Payment” to choose from a menu of options including Make a One-time Payment, Manage Auto pay, and Manage Payment Methods.

From the TownSq App:

From the top of your mobile feed, choose the account you’d like to make a payment on.
2. Click “make a payment” to choose from a menu of options including pay your open balance, set up a recurring payment or make a one-time custom payment.

I see a zero balance, but my bill still shows an amount due. Why?

The balance online may show zero balance prior to the first of the month, but a payment can be made at any time. If you have additional questions about your balance or payment questions, email support@townsq.io

Who should I contact for a refund or waiving late fees?

For refunds or waiving of payments you will need to contact your management company. TownSq is the third party app and does not have the ability to request refunds or waive any fees.

If you need assistance in getting the contact information for your management company email support@townsq.io ‍If you need assistance in getting the contact information for your management company, login into TownSq and open a Request for your manager/board directly.

Who do I contact for billing issues and account updates?

If you need to update your mailing address, have questions on your statement or about your bill, please contact your management company.

Do I incur fees when I pay my HOA assessments on TownSq?

When making credit card payments online, there is a $2.95 convenience fee plus 3.5% of the total payment amount. This fee is based on your assessment and varies by community association. When making a payment via E-Check, there is a $2.95 convenience fee.

Contact your management company to discuss availability of additional payment options, such as sending a check or setting up Direct Debit, which have no additional cost.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Desktop:1. Log into your account. In the top right corner select your name and a drop-down menu will appear.
2. Select edit profile.
3. A new screen will appear with options to customize your notifications.
4. Select news & events and turn the toggle on (green) or off (white).
5. Select save in the bottom right corner to save your changes.

Mobile:
1.
Log into your account.
2. Select menu at the bottom of the screen.
3. A new screen will appear, select push notifications.
4. Select the notifications you wish to receive notifications on to green (on) or off (white).
5. Select Save to save your changes

TownSq is the third-party communication/payment platform selected by your HOA or Management Company.If you are experiencing issues with a neighbor, have questions about rules, amenities, etc; you can login in your TownSq account and contact your community manager/board members directly in the Requests functionality.
