NY Giants: How Malik Nabers embodies vision to turn WR into strength | The Record
“Just seeing how he plays, watching his film, you know he’s going to be elite,” second-year wide receiver Jalin Hyatt said about rookie Malik Nabers. “I’ll just say how explosive he is at his weight; the way he catches the ball; what he does after the catch. The run after catch, all of that is elite. When you bring that to us and the Giants and with Coach Dabs, we can do a lot of things with him. Put him everywhere. That’s one thing about him - you can put him everywhere, outside and inside, slot, running back, whatever you want to do. That’s the type of receiver he is, and we’re going to make sure we get to the ball to him.”

Ranking every WR room in the NFL by tiers: Eagles, Bengals star duos headline | CBSSports.com
The Giants are building what I view as a fun receiver room if everyone reaches their potential. Similar to Harrison and the Cardinals, Malik Nabers has the ability to turn into a top-10 receiver in the NFL. He’ll be the No. 1 option, but the club also has veterans Darius Slayton and Wan’Dale Robinson. Jalin Hyatt showed some flashes as a deep threat during his rookie season but will look for more consistency as he heads into Year 2.

Now that Waller has officially moved on, it is important to contextualize how this reflects on the Giants’ roster and impacts it in 2024.

10 NFL players with the most to prove in 2024: Deshaun Watson, Daniel Jones and more | PFF
Daniel Jones looked like an efficient, occasionally game-breaking quarterback during the 2022 season, helping propel the Giants to their first playoff win since 2012. However, in 2023, an injury-riddled Jones put up a career-low 63.0 overall grade, finishing with more than double the number of turnover-worthy plays (nine) than big-time throws (four).

What would it take for John Mara to shake up Giants regime? | WFAN.com
Boomer believes Mara is trying to operate differently this time around, and says Schoen and Daboll will be back for a fourth season unless the upcoming campaign goes completely sideways.
“It seems like to me that they want to be stable,” Boomer said. “Unless something catastrophic happens - if they win seven or eight games, I think they’ll stay another year. I think they would keep these guys, even with Bill Belichick out there. They would have to have an absolute disaster of a season.”

Ranking five worst NFL teams entering 2024 season: Panthers high on list | CBSSports.com
4. New York Giants Over/Under win total: 6.5
The Giants tied the worst sack differential of ALL TIME last season (-51). They hope the additions of Jermaine Eluemunor, Jon Runyan and Brian Burns change that. The Giants' hopes again appear to hinge on quarterback Daniel Jones, who New York decided not to replace this offseason, instead using its premier pick on star wideout Malik Nabers. Will Jones be good enough to get the most out of Nabers? Maybe the better question is: Can he stay healthy?
