Process Flow
Step to be taken for EPF submission via e-pengeluaran:
- Log in to EPF official website – www.kwsp.gov.my
- Sign up for i-AKAUN
- Choose e-pengeluaran for withdrawal
- Choose Bank Islam in the drop down button
- Verify & submit details
- Receive notification from EPF
- Visit any EPF Branches for thumbprint authentication
- Fund will be credited directly to Savings or Financing Account based on mode of withdrawal applied.
