As you make your way through Cvstodia, you'll encounter various characters. Altasgracias is one of the characters in Blasphemous that has a side quest for you to complete. On this page, you'll find information on what the Altasgracias's side quest requires, how to complete the quest and the rewards you'll receive.

Altasgracias's Side Quest
Towards the end of Grievance Ascends, you'll come to a section where you can take the door to the right and reach a Prie Dieu. You can then go down the staircase to the left (where you'll also see a Children of the Moonlight) and a door further down to the left. Inside the door, you'll find three golden plates and a giant head. This is the Altasgracias.

You need to make three offerings to it, which are:
- Melted Gold Coins, which you can pick up in Grievance Ascends.
- Torn Bridal Ribbon which you can pick up in Graveyard of the Peaks
- Black Grieving Veil which you can pick up in Desecrated Cistern
If you've been following the walkthrough, when you reach Altasgracias, you'll have all the key items necessary to make the offerings.
After making these offerings, a woman with three faces will emerge, known as Altasgracias. They will give you the Egg of Deformity.
What to Do With the Egg of Deformity
The next step with the Egg of Deformity is to take it to Mountains of the Endless Dusk, where you fought Perpetva. The tree that was damaged during the start of this battle, you can now interact with. Place the egg inside and then leave the area. Return and you'll be able to collect the Hatched Egg of Deformity.
What to Do With the Hatched Egg of Deformity
Now, you want to take the Hatched Egg of Deformity to the Lord of the Salty Shores in Albero for his side quest. The Lord of the Salty Shores will bless this and turn it into one of the seven relics - the Three Gnarled Tongues that will let you climb roots across Cvstodia.
