All of the games and sales in PlayStation's Days of Play event (2024)

One of the biggest PlayStation events of the year is here. Every year, the company hosts its Days of Play event, during which it releases tons of games for free through Monthly Games, adds games to its Extra and Premium catalogs, and gives out in-game content and discounts on hardware.

This year is no different. From offering $50 off a PlayStation 5 to handing out exclusive avatars, Days of Play in 2024 has a lot going on. The company announced in a blog post that the event kicks off on Wednesday, May 29th.

We started this global tradition seven years ago to celebrate you, our passionate PlayStation community, for your endless support. We are pleased to bring you more reasons to play, with special Days of Play activities appearing across PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Stars, PlayStation Store, PlayStation Gear, and retailers. The Days of Play celebration begins May 29 at 12:01AM through June 12 at 11:59PM local time in each region.

PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for June 2024

The following games are available to gamers for free with a PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, or Premium subscription. All of these games will be available to snag for free on June 4th.

SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake – June 4th

SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake is the first title available as one of the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games in June 2024. The game will be available for Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers on June 4th.

Sweet, sweet victory! SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake is coming soon to PS4! Everyone’s favorite Sponge is back, but this time Patrick is a balloon! Don one of many cosmic costumes and traverse the colorful Wishworlds in search of your missing Bikini Bottom friends. Everybody do the cosmic shake!

AEW Fight Forever – June 4th

The next game available as a Monthly Game for June on PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium plans is AEW Fight Forever. The game will be available to download on June 4th.

AEW: Fight Forever is going to take you back… Way back to the Golden Age of wrestling games By combining nostalgic arcade-wrestler feel with innovative All Elite Wrestling finishers and tandem offensive moves, AEW: Fight Forever brings the best of the best from their talent roster together in one game.

Streets of Rage 4 – June 4th

Another title available as a Monthly Game for June for PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers is Streets of Rage 4. The title is available to download on June 4th.

The first mainline series entry in more than 25 years, Streets of Rage 4 infuses the series’ classic elements with modern evolutions of gameplay, art and design, giving fans an authentically faithful tribute which still offers a distinctive experience.

The company has also announced that EA Sports FC 24, which is part of May’s Monthly Games, will still be available to grab until June 18th, so make sure to grab that before it’s gone.

Coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium during Days of Play 2024

The following games are available to gamers with both an Extra or Premium subscription and will be released over the course of the 2024 Days of Play event:

Dredge – May 29th

Dredge is the first title launching on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium as part of Days of Play. The game will be available on May 29th and will include both the PS4 and PS5 versions.

DREDGE is a single-player fishing adventure with a sinister undercurrent. Sell your catch, upgrade your boat, and dredge the depths for long-buried secrets. Explore a mysterious archipelago and discover why some things are best left forgotten.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 – May 31st

The next game launching on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium as part of Days of Play is Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2. The game will be available on May 31st and includes the PS4 version.

LEGO Marvel fans: your TIME has finally come! Join your favorite Super Heroes and begin the battle for all of time against Kang the Conqueror! Available now for PlayStation 4.

Cricket 24 – June 5th

Another title launching on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium during Days of Play is Cricket 24. The title launches on June 5th and includes both the PS4 and PS5 versions.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition – June 7th

The next game coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium during Days of Play is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition. The game will be available on June 7th and will include the PS4 version.

Coming to PlayStation Plus Premium | PS2 Classics during 2024’s Days of Play

While most of the games coming to PlayStation Plus will be available on both the Extra and Premium subscriptions, some games will only be available for Premium subscribers. The following games will be available in the PS2 Classics Catalog on June 11th for PlayStation Plus Premium members.

Tomb Raider Legend – June 11th

Tomb Raider Legend is the first title launching on PlayStation Plus Premium as part of Days of Play. The game will be available on June 11th and includes the PS2 version.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars – June 11th

The next game launching on PlayStation Plus Premium as part of Days of Play is Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The game will be available on June 11th and includes the PS2 version.

Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus – June 11th

Another title launching on PlayStation Plus Premium during Days of Play is Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. The title launches on June 11th and includes the PS2 version.

Coming to PlayStation Plus Premium | PS VR2 during Days of Play 2024

The last set of games being released into the catalog over the course of Days of Play 2024 are four PS VR2 games that will be available on June 6th for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord – June 6th

Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord is the first title launching on PlayStation Plus Premium as part of Days of Play. The game will be available on June 6th and includes the PS VR2 version.

Gear up with the latest Ghostbustin’ gadgets from remote turrets to ghost decoys. Take on a variety of missions, like collecting dark PKE or closing interdimensional portals. You’ll need to work together to solve puzzles, trap ghosts, and stop the March of the Malevolent. There’s nothing like bustin’ with friends, but even if you’re playing solo you can take on the Ghost Lord by yourself with the help of a ghostly companion.

Walkabout Mini Golf – June 6th

The next game launching on PlayStation Plus Premium as part of Days of Play is Walkabout Mini Golf. The game will be available on June 6th and includes the PS VR2 version.

Before Your Eyes – June 6th

The next game coming to PlayStation Plus Premium during Days of Play is Before Your Eyes. The game will be available on June 6th and will include the PS VR2 version.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – June 6th

The last game coming to PlayStation Plus Premium during Days of Play is The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. The game will be available on June 6th and will include the first and second chapters in the PS VR2 version.

The wait for Retribution comes to an end! Now PSVR 2 players can get their hands on both chapters of The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, and embark on their journey through New Orleans to stop the Axeman’s rampage and the Tower’s latest plot for domination!
