Why am I getting a bill from Labcorp? ›

Once your lab testing has been completed, we'll send you a bill at least once a month until the balance has been paid off. We will always send your bill by mail and email. However, you may receive a text notification of your bill if you sign up for billing services texts.

Labcorp reserves the right to refuse service if you have a past due balance. When you visit a Labcorp patient service center, please be aware that, as part of the sign-in process, you will be advised if you have an outstanding balance for previous testing services.

Yes. Labcorp makes it easy to pay any balance owed by presenting your credit card or health care savings account (HSA) card when you check into a Labcorp lab location (patient service center) to have a specimen collected.

Labcorp will provide a Good Faith Estimate before your appointment in the above circ*mstances. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

If you do not receive your kit, or the kit arrives damaged or is missing components, you may request a replacement kit or a full refund by contacting Customer Support within 60 days of the purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns of unused kits.
